1/2	stick	butter, softened*
4 1/2	c.	powdered sugar (1 lb. +3/4 cup)
1/2	c.	frozen strawberries (mostly berries)

• Cream together butter and sugar (and cream cheese, if using).
• Add strawberries and mix well.
• Frost cake.

*optional: 4 - 8 oz. Cream cheese to thicken
